Not all firms come with a project management culture. For our client, many of the things they were doing could be described as projects but the way they were executing them left a lot to be desired. What they needed was a solution that was as easy to use for the staff, meeting milestones and producing a project outcome - on time and on budget.

Integrating the project into existing systems.

The brief from the client was quite clear - make sure you deliver a solution within the bounds of our existing IT system. And that's just what we did. The solution allowed for all actions to be reflected in the teams existing calendar and task based system - so no small detail was lost. Any changes to a project were sent to all team members for a review and all milestones were sign posted for review.
