- Businesses with registered offices in Singapore.
For what?
To encourage businesses to develop new products, services and technologies that:
- help the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources and its statutory boards (National Environment Agency and Public Utilities Board) in their work, OR
- can be sold and marketed locally/globally, OR
- help businesses be more environmentally-friendly.

How much?
- 30%-100% of the qualifying costs up to S$2 million in funding
- Qualifying costs include manpower, equipment, materials, consultancy fees and intellectual property rights.
- The amount of funding will depend on the project. Businesses, including start-ups, must be prepared to co-fund the project.
Things to note
- Your project should not take longer than 3 years.
