  • 30% – 100% local shareholding
  • central management and control in Singapore

For what?

• To fund the development of pitching materials for original animated TV series or feature films.
• Your animation development project (i.e. development of pitching materials) must:
  • be carried out in Singapore
  • result in the production of a presentation bible
  • include a 5-minute pitch to the Media Development Authority (MDA)’s evaluation panel
• The animated TV series or feature film must be:
  • original
  • exportable to international markets

How much?

• Up to S$15,000 for major qualifying costs of developing the pitching materials.
• Major qualifying costs include:
  • manpower
  • materials and print
  • professional services

Things to note

• Do not begin on your project until after you have submitted your application. IDEAS – Animation Development may not be used for on-going projects.
