Description

Grants are available to assist with the costs of works which preserve the original features of listed buildings, or reinstate features which have been altered, damaged or unsympathetically replaced.

Eligibility

The applicant must own the property, or have a lease with five years or more remaining on it.

The property must be listed, or in a conservation area.

Additional Info

Grants are discretionary, and priority will be given to work on buildings identified as being ‘at risk’ or ‘to be watched’.
