The scheme provides funding to businesses for external structural and aesthetic improvements to buildings, some internal work and appropriate security. All work should be sympathetic to the character of the building and area.

Eligibility

Priority is also given to buildings in Halifax town centre, within the inner ring road.

Priority will be given to derelict, rundown, empty and partly vacant buildings of high townscape value.
