An initiative to support the formation of international alliances among Singapore-based companies to raise their competitive edge for success.

For who?

  • Singapore-based companies

For what?

  • To encourage Singapore-based companies to form complementary alliances to target overseas market opportunities and customers
  • The alliance should include:
    • an Anchor Company - a leading industry player with strong access to overseas markets
    • at least two Alliance Partners - companies with complementary services, products, capabilities or technology
  • International Enterprise (IE) Singapore will work with potential Anchor Companies to find suitable partners for forming alliances. If you are interested in becoming an Alliance Partner, you can register online.

How much?

The co-funding period is up to 18 months. The amount of funding is as follows:

Funding Cap

Project personnel Up to 70% of basic salary for Business Development Manager

Up to 50% of basic salary for other personnel (optional)

Equipment and software Up to 30% of pro-rated equipment cost
Consultancy and professional services Up to 50% of fees
Travel for Business Development Manager Up to 50% of economy airfare and accommodation
