Introduction
China government has promoted and renamed Dalian International Garment Fair(DIGF)which has a tract record of 18 years’ exhibition organizing history as China International Garment&Textile Fair(CIGF 2007), mutually sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China, Dalian Municipal people’s Government. It aims to showcase China Bohai Gulf, and the Northeast region, and to inspire domestic consumption demand, for implementing the strategy of support for self-innovation branding, meanwhile encouraging garment, textile and relevant fashionable brands import, from the year of 2007.
