Our case studies don’t represent all of the work we do but hopefully they represent the best of the work we do. We pride ourselves on working in with clients and constantly discussing how we can better serve the client and better help them optimise their own business performance. We do this through 12-4-2.

  • Providing a monthly standardised update.
  • Taking the time for quarterly reviews of business performance.
  • Twice a year making sure we sit down and plan the future with our clients.

Meeting tax compliance on time, recruiting staff well, building systems to assist existing staff only adds to the possibility of success for ManageChina clients in China. 
Some clients have little time for training staff or staying on top of ever evolving system’s requirements.  Complementing such activities allows MC to help with a client’s own business development.
There are many small things – tax, recruitment, IT, payroll, training – that are all essential but in each of themselves, quite expensive.  Being able to roll them up into one service delivery allows significant cost savings.
The key for client success is to add value throughout the value chain.  That means all stakeholders need to win.  From client to customer; from supplier to government agency.
